A.F.L.
Web Printing, a commercial printer based in Voorhees, New
Jersey has leased 146,000 square feet for an additional
location at 60-70 Seaview Drive, announced Cushman &
Wakefield, Inc. Principal Real Estate Investors owns the
Class A industrial building.
Cushman
& Wakefield’s Stephen Elman and Stan Danzig represented
Principal Real Estate Investors in negotiating the long-term

The
company offers design and digital services as well as printing,
labeling, mailing, binding, inserting, circulation development,
mail list maintenance and distribution capabilities. “A.F.L.
recently has added several Manhattan-based accounts and
was looking to establish a new printing facility with proximity
to the city,” Knee said. A.F.L. prints the Secaucus
Journal and nine other weekly newspapers for The Evening
Journal Association.
