about: Frank
Villone, A.F.L.’s customer service manager, is part
of the nucleus of employees who have witnessed the company’s
growth from a variety of perspectives. He started his A.F.L.
career in 1993 as the second shift pre-press supervisor.
He observed the transition of pre-press from a mechanical
to an electronic operation, and joined the customer service
department in 1998. Having seen close up the importance
of continuing improvement, Frank says he applauds A.F.L.
for staying on the cutting edge of technology. This commitment
translates into the best quality and service available.
During his years at A.F.L., Frank has developed close personal
relationships with many customers. He enjoys meeting them
outside of work on the golf course or a fishing trip. Frank
has been married for 30 years and has three daughters and
two grandchildren.
