Web Printing announced today that its Board of Directors
has named Antoinette Franceschini to serve as the company's
Chief Executive Officer and President. Effective immediately,
Franceschini will assume managerial responsibility for leading
the Company.
Franceschini
has spent virtually her entire career with The Gannett Company,
where she most recently served as Vice President of Production
at The News Journal in Wilmington, Delaware, and as Production
Director of The Gannett East Newspaper Group.

II, President and Chief Operating Officer of Westbury Investment
Partners, A.F.L.'s majority shareholder, and Chairman of
A.F.L.'s Board, said the Board unanimously selected Franceschini
for her broad-based, relevant experience in the publishing
industry, as well as her strong executive and personal qualities.
"We conducted a very thorough search for the seasoned
executive we thought could best lead A.F.L. in these turbulent
times and easily concluded that Antoinette was the clear
choice. Her extensive experience in the newspaper industry,
production knowledge and well known work ethic made the
choice an easy one," said Schubauer. "Under Antoinette's
